If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as early as possible. The refund amount depends on the time of cancellation relative to the travel date.

All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation confirmation. Bank transaction charges will be deducted.
In rare circumstances, Friends Travels may need to cancel a tour. Reasons may include:

Flights and hotels booked as part of your package may have their own cancellation policies. Friends Travels will assist with cancellation, but any cancellation fees imposed by airlines or hotels will be passed on to the customer.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, including:
Travel insurance can cover cancellation fees in certain circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies).
Please have your booking ID ready when requesting cancellation.
In cases of medical emergencies, death of a family member, or other serious unforeseen circumstances, Friends Travels may consider special cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Please provide supporting documentation.
For group bookings (10+ persons), separate cancellation terms apply. Please refer to your group booking contract or contact our team for details.
