Cancellation Policy

Important Notice

Cancellation charges apply based on the time of cancellation relative to the travel date. Please read our detailed cancellation policy below.

Tour Packages

30+ days before: Full refund minus ₹500 processing fee

15-29 days before: 75% refund

8-14 days before: 50% refund

1-7 days before: 25% refund

On departure day: No refund

Hotel & Bus Bookings

7+ days before: Full refund minus ₹200 fee

3-6 days before: 50% refund

1-2 days before: 25% refund

On travel day: No refund

All passengers must carry valid government-issued photo identification.

Punctuality

Please arrive at departure points 30 minutes before scheduled time.

Force Majeure

Force Majeure Events: We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters and weather conditions
Government actions and travel restrictions
War, civil unrest, or terrorism
Strikes, labor disputes, or industrial action

Technical failures or system breakdowns
Epidemics, pandemics, or health emergencies
Transportation delays or cancellations
Other unforeseeable circumstances
